India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO)
Delivered training for 500+ employees of ITPO on topics such as planning and organizing international trade fairs, customer relationship management, conflict management and Personal PR skills.
Conducted training for the area sales managers, regional sales managers and national retail head of V5 global, a marketing and manpower management organization.
Conducted training for the entire team of GIS development, consisting of 40 PHD’s on personalities and handling differences.

Handled the annual calendar of Major Brands – Aldo, Mango, Promod, Aldo Accessories, Charles & Keith, Nine West, La Senza, Inglot and Okaidi. A TNA was conducted and a graded training program devised which culminates into an assessment. The methodology used is a mix of lectures, participant discussions, role-plays, games, exercises, video clippings, individual study and assignments. The aim is to improve and enhance the customer experience.
Delivered 75 + hours of ILT content development for the classic distribution channel of a new entrant in the telecom market. The assignment was a comprehensive one including understanding business requirements and strategy and structuring the program to cater to it.
Conducted a multi location training intervention for the in store personnel of Hewlett Packard IPG and PSG group. This was to enable the in store staff to out perform personnel from competing brands in multi brand outlets as well as provide a special experience to shoppers in their exclusive showrooms (HP World). We used the mystery shopping audit and supervisor reports as pre assessment and worked on the mystery shopping questionnaire to enable the audit to serve as a post assessment.
Conducted a massive intervention for around 400 people. The workshop was on change management and was aimed at acclimatizing Philips employees to the “Work Place Innovation” program that they were launching. WPI is a dramatically different way of working and would mean a substantial change in culture. Have also conducted for Philips, out bound training for their sales group.
Conducted a workshop on the value of a brand and selling premium brands in the eyewear market. This was aimed at enabling opticians who were doubling as store managers to understand branding and the premium that brands can charge.
Conducted a workshop on business communication with a special emphasis on email writing for computer professionals. This would enable them to communicate more effectively with their US counterparts and save time of rework and therefore money. We conducted a pre and post assessment in order to see that the needle moved.

Conducted a workshop for the Leadership team of Advance India Projects Limited and Ambuja Housing and Urban Infrastructure Limited which included the promoters, the CEO’s and the division heads. The aim was to foster teamwork and promote frank communication between divisions.
International Trainer Certification
Our lead Trainers conducted a multi location (Delhi, Pune and Chennai) open program “International Trainer Certification” for Ma-Foi and City & Guilds. They were responsible for promotion and designing of the program, setting learner objectives, making session plans, creating content for the program and the e-tute (a web based interface for facilitators and participants), delivery of modules, assessment of participants and feedback. Participants included freelance trainers and training managers of corporations such as CSC and Keane India Ltd among others. The CEO of Ma-Foi Consulting Solution Limited and the CEO of Ma-Foi Academy were among the eminent participants.
A key project was the DirecWay Fusion induction program. They conceptualized, designed and delivered with a team of facilitators; a 5-day induction program for franchisee’s of Direcway Fusion. This project required getting in-depth knowledge of HECL processes and business model. A TNA was then done and modules including new business development, customer service, and customer retention were conducted.
