As we go up the corporate ladder and we position ourselves for the top job, many of us realize that what brought us so far will not take us where we want to reach. In order to progress we need to change.
Insight is the first step towards change.
The Extended DISC system is a critical input for a senior professional who wants to gain an insight into: How people typically view me? What are my areas of strength? How can I capitalize on them? What are my potential weaknesses? What motivates me? What demotivates me? What is my communication style? My decision making style? My team style? My leadership style? My management style?
What can you achieve with these insights into self? Are they valuable?
The Larks CEO springboard is a personal performance coaching initiative which takes advantage of these insights.
Methodology:
- We provide a free initial consultation where a potential client fills out and emails a short questionnaire and then we spend 15-20 minutes via Skype discussing the process and helping him/her in deciding if the Larks CEO springboard is right for him/her. We use the Extended DISC personal analysis as a basis of our engagement.
- We then use the Extended DISC assessment to gain an understanding of his/her natural behavioral style. Extended DISC is a 10 minutes online inventory which consists of 24 questions with 4 adjectives each. The respondent is to tick the adjective most like and least like him/her. He/she then receives the personal analysis report.
- The report covers areas such as how people typically view me? What are my areas of strength? How can I capitalize on them? What are my potential weaknesses? What motivates me? What demotivates me? What is my communication style? My decision making style?
- We then interpret the report over Skype and encourage him/her to read the report in detail and work through a workbook. We also encourage him/her to examine all aspects of his/her professional life.
- Post which we work together via Skype to create a personal action plan that enables him/her to be more effective and successful.
- We curate resources to support the personal action plan.
Professional fees:
Rs 5000/- + taxes for the Extended DISC personal analysis and three Skype sessions (30-45 min each). Additional analysis can be done at an additional fee.
